Olive Tapenade is one of those spreads that can compliment a wide variety of dishes. It can be spread on sandwiches or pizza, stirred into pasta to round out the flavour, or dolloped into pots of steamed mussels. The possibilities are practically endless.

Here in the Brava kitchen, we simply snack on it smeared on good, white crusty bread.

Our olive tapenade is made with inky black, oil-cured greek olives, fresh garlic and herbs, anchovies and a squeeze of lemon juice.
